Refund Policy

At Skins by Srishti, we strive to provide premium aesthetic and wellness therapies. Because our services require the allocation of highly trained clinical professionals and the procurement of expensive, temperature-sensitive medical consumables (such as Stem Cells, IV solutions, and specific serums), our refund policy is strictly governed by the following rules:

1. Consultations

Consultation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. The fee compensates for the time and expertise of our clinical team in assessing your skin/hair and designing a protocol.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • 48-Hour Notice: You may reschedule your appointment without any penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

  • Late Cancellations & No Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to be present at the given address for at-home services, will result in the forfeiture of your booking advance. No refunds will be issued.

3. Service Packages & Treatments

  • Single Sessions: Once a treatment has been administered, the cost is strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with clinical outcomes, as aesthetic results vary by individual.

  • Package Purchases (e.g., 6 Sessions of HIFU or Laser): If you purchase a multi-session package and decide to discontinue treatment due to a verified, severe medical contraindication that developed after the first session, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of our clinical management. The consumed sessions will be charged at their individual "single session" price, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Change of mind after the purchase of a package does not qualify for a refund.

4. IV Drips and Stem Cell Therapies

Due to the highly sensitive nature of the biological materials used (Vegan Stem Cells, Placenta extracts, Glutathione), once an IV drip booking is confirmed and the vials are prepared or dispatched for an at-home session, no refunds can be initiated under any circumstances.

5. Process for Refund Requests
